About the founder
Level Up LEX was founded by Maher El Bilbeisi, a senior legal executive with more than 20 years of experience advising companies, boards and senior management teams.
Before founding Level Up LEX, Maher served as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, advising on corporate, commercial, governance, media, technology, real estate, intellectual property and dispute-related matters.
